Quick, nutritious and kid-friendly meals that can make all the difference in your mom routine.
Here are some quick and easy meal ideas for a busy mom to whip up for the kids:
1. Quesadillas
Ingredients: Tortillas, shredded cheese, leftover chicken or veggies, and salsa.
How: Heat a tortilla in a pan, sprinkle cheese and other fillings on one half, fold, and cook until crispy. Serve with salsa or sour cream.
2. Veggie and Cheese Muffins
Ingredients: Boxed muffin mix, shredded cheese, and finely chopped veggies (like spinach, carrots, or zucchini).
How: Prepare the muffin mix according to the box, then stir in the cheese and veggies. Bake as directed.
5. Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients: Frozen fruit, yogurt or milk, and granola.
How: Blend frozen fruit with yogurt or milk to make a thick smoothie, then top with granola and extra fruits or seeds for texture.
